Using popular browser software, you can monitor account activity, view images of checks and deposits, and initiate transactions. And by utilizing unique IDs, password authentication, data encryption, and Internet security protocol, you can be assured that all of your online cash management activities are secure.

CalBank Network^SM Offers:

• Balance Reporting, including Previous Day and Same Day activity on your CB&T accounts, with electronic images of checks paid and deposited items. Prior day balances are also available for your accounts at other financial institutions, providing a consolidated view of your cash position. Data can be exported to other applications in a variety of file formats.

• Online Stop Payments, with paid check images. Inquire on check status, place stop payments, view paid check images, cancel stops, and view online status of active stop payment requests.

• Immediate Book Transfers, for movement of funds between your CB&T accounts for instant posting.

• Wire Transfer and ACH (Automated Clearing House) transaction initiation for your daily electronic disbursement and collection activities.

• Controlled Disbursement Reporting for early morning notification of your funding requirements for the day, as well as details of the individual items that are clearing.

• Image Positive Pay for check fraud protection, allowing you to view images of exception items and provide check payment/return instructions online (used with CB&T’s Account Reconciliation service).

• Electronic statements, typically available online by the first business day after generation—including Checking Account, Account Analysis, Corporate CashSweep, and Commercial Loan Balances. Reports of ACH returns and Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) are also available in electronic form.
