How Can I Sign Up?

1. Fill out the remitONE Application and the Reporting Agent Authorization (RAA) Form, which are available at your branch. The RAA Form authorizes California Bank & Trust to act as your paying agent for the IRS Federal Payroll Tax Payments.
2. Take the completed forms to your California Bank & Trust office along with your preprinted Federal 8109 Tax Coupon or mail them to the address on the form. remitONE will automatically enroll you as an EFTPS filer.

When Can I Begin Using remitONE^®?

You may begin using remitONE once you've received the following items in the mail:

• Access Code and User Guide
• Your Personal Identification Number (PIN)

What Optional Services Are Available?

• Mail or FAX receipts: Receive your transaction confirmation by mail or fax service.
• Quarterly Recap Reports: Receive a summary report which is useful when you are preparing your tax filings.
