California Bank & Trust's Controlled Disbursement Service takes the guesswork out of cash forecasting by providing you early morning notification of funding requirements for that day's check clearings. Information regarding total dollars, as well as individual checks, is presented to you online through CalBank Network, CB&T's Internet cash management service. By knowing exactly which checks are clearing, you eliminate the need to maintain excess funds in your account and instead can put those idle balances to work. With CB&T's Controlled Disbursement service:

• Your company maintains a business checking account at CB&T as well as a disbursement account at one of our Controlled Disbursement banks. Your checks clear against the disbursement bank.

• Each morning, the disbursement bank identifies for CB&T checks that will be clearing that day, and the total amount.

• We debit your concentration account and transfer the amount directly to your Controlled Disbursement account to cover the day's disbursements.

• Check clearing totals are available for your review early each morning, online, via CalBank Network. Detailed check information is also available through CalBank Network and can be downloaded for use in other applications.

• At the end of each statement period, digitized images of the front and back of each check cleared during the statement period are available on CD-ROM as an optional service. Account Reconciliation services are also available.
