With eStatements, California Bank & Trust customers enrolled in Online Banking automatically have access to electronic statements in addition to receiving traditional paper statements. It’s another new feature we are happy to provide to enhance your online banking experience.

Avoid clutter and go green by opting out of traditional paper statements. It’s faster, better and greener.

• FAST. You will receive an e-mail notification as soon as your statement is available, instead of having to wait for mail delivery.
• SAFE. No more paper statements sitting in your mailbox until you retrieve them. In addition, eStatements are password protected and encrypted on our secure online banking platform.
• EASY. eStatements are in PDF format and can be saved and printed out when you need them. You may access account statements retroactive to April or May, depending on your statement period. As your history builds going forward, you may access up the last 18 months of your eStatements.
• GREEN. Customers may opt out of receiving paper statements when logged into Online Banking.
• FREE. eStatements are provided at no charge!

View your eStatements today!
It’s easy to access your eStatements. Just follow these 3 simple steps:

1. Log into your Online Banking account.
2. Select the new “eStatements” link (shown under the “Accounts” tab).
3. All of your accounts will be listed – simply select the account for which you want to view your monthly eStatement(s).

Each eStatement allows you to view any notices that you would normally receive with your paper statements. Just select the link, “Important Disclosures & Changes in Account Terms”.

Opt out of paper statements, the sooner the better!
Although you continue to receive paper statements, you can opt out of paper and switch to eStatements as your sole delivery method for your statements.

Just follow these steps to opt out:

1. Log in and select the new” eStatements” link as you would do to view your electronic statements.
2. All of your accounts will be listed. Above your account listing select the link, “Sign up to stop receiving paper statements.
3. Select the account(s) for which you no longer wish to receive paper statements
4. Review and Accept the Terms and Conditions for eStatements. 
5. Confirm your e-mail address.
6. Congratulations, you have successfully opted out of paper statements!
